Standard Delivery Option
Standard delivery services include curb delivery, used for heavy and oversized items such as large televisions, large furniture items and large appliances. Standard delivery does not include unpacking, installation, plugging in or removal of debris.
NOTE: Any items that need to be delivered by ferry will incur an extra $200 charge. Areas commonly only reachable by ferry are Shelter Island, Fire Island, parts of Washington State and Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts.
Delivery Time
When you shop with iElectronics.com, you'll be getting products shipped from vendors across the United States. Your purchase will arrive in most parts of the continental United States within 2-3 weeks. Exact delivery times depend upon product availability and your location's accessibility. For Standard Shipping, you will receive a tracking notification from iElectronics.com once your products have been shipped. For Freight Shipments, your delivery company will contact you to schedule delivery once your products have been shipped.
Your delivery destination must be readily accessible by delivery trucks. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Small items will be shipped directly to you via parcel service (FedEx). For larger items, the delivery company will contact you for a time to schedule delivery.
Fraud Protection
If you are paying by credit card and shipping to an address that is not your billing address, please contact your issuing bank to have your shipping destination added as an authorized address on the account. This measure protects your credit safety and deters fraud.

Back-Ordered Products
A back-ordered product is temporarily out of stock. If an item you have already ordered becomes back-ordered, you will be notified by email. After receiving this email, you may choose to either wait for the back-ordered item or cancel your order.
Damaged Product Return and Exchange Policies and Procedures
When your products arrive, it is essential to inspect them as soon as they arrive. The box and packaging may seem unharmed, but it is still possible there has been damage to the products within. Before signing for your product, check for both external and internal damage. If you have received a defective unit, many manufacturers may require a simple service call to diagnose the issue; we will be happy to assist you with any service issues.
