What to Expect from Delivery

Before we ship your order, it is important for you to know the following delivery information to ensure prompt handling of your order.

Standard delivery for iElectronics.com items is Curbside Only. What this means is that delivery is made to the curb at the end of your driveway or in front of your property. Note:

• The driver will offload the item to the curb in front of your driveway or at the front of your property.
• With standard delivery, drivers DO NOT assist with unpacking your item, setting up your item, or moving it into the house, garage, or front door.
• Standard delivery does not include packaging disposal. Please keep all packaging in the event a return is necessary.

Please sign your delivery receipt before inspecting the product(s).

• You are required to inspect your products while the driver is there.
• If your items are damaged beyond repair you are required to refuse products and make notes on your delivery receipt of your findings. Please ask the driver to take the products back.
• To report damages and request a replacement, please contact iElectronics.com at 314-880-0600, Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm Central Time.
• Your order is expected to ship between one and two weeks.
• Once your order is nearing your area, the delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
